Lightroom mobile presets don't work

How do you get mobile presets to work in mobile app? I have bought a few over the years and I'm sick of them not working. you can see in history gram that they arent changing the image. I've tried uninstalling and logging out cloud app. I've downloaded what must be the recent version surely. It's V6.10 andriod. I saw a post recently saying it's an error with lightroom and possibly the version.

Please can you fix this issue Adobe and make the whole presets process easier in the app.
