Lightroom Mobile presets into Lightroom Classic

I make a lot of presets on my phone while editing and can't seem to find a quick way to get them into Lightroom classic. Ive seen a couple of ways online but they're never consistent and usually takes me around the world, to the point where I just redo them by hand looking back and forth from my phone to the computer. Is there a succinct and reliable way do this that I'm missing?
