Lightroom mobile presets not applying

This has been frustrating.

I purchased and downloaded DNG files for Lightroom Mobile (phone app) presets. I uploaded them into the app created the presets based off of the DNG files. Then I uploaded one of my original photos, and tried to apply the presets. First, in the preview of each of the presets they look identical, like no settings were copied to make the preset. Then clicking on them it shows no changes to my original photo. So something is wrong with the capturing of the settings to make the preset.


I have tried copying and pasting the settings, I have tried unchecking the "profile" option when creating the presets, I have tried exporting the raw DNG files as JPEGs, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and now I'm here incredibly frustrated needing help. I have done this successfully in the past, not sure why my presets aren't working.

An update to version 6.2.1 of LrMobile has just been released to address this issue. It should be available in the App Store.

Same here!! I'm really frustrated! This happened with the version 6.2 

 

Please help ASAP!

This is a known bug. There are several reports here already.

Hi! I've read through quite a few forums and they either aren't my exact situation or they offered a possible solution, but that's why I listed all the steps I've already taken. Nothing I've read has worked so that's why I'm here posting. Would you mind commenting with a link to a post about this bug?
