Lightroom mobile running worse after updating

I noticed that the lightroom mobile app has been performing significantly worse in some areas on my google pixel 6 pro after a recent update. I cleared out my storage space to under half it's capacity but noticed no improvements.

Specific issues I've noticed: 

Zooming into an image and moving it around will often produce lag. 

When adjusting the temperature and tint sliders, the image updates to reflect changes made very slowly, like 5-15 frames per second. This seems to only happen with those specific sliders and does not occur when adjusting color mix, grading, or anything in the light panel. 

As said, this is occuring on a pixel 6 pro, with up to date system software, while editing raw images captured with the phone camera.
