Lightroom mobile set album cover button missing

Does anyone know where the 'Set as album cover' button has gone in Lightroom Mobile? I can't find it anywhere?!?!?

When you're in the chosen photo, select the three dots top right, then organise, then Set as Album Cover.

(that's where it is on iOS, unsure about Android)
