Lightroom Mobile Stuck on Loading Repeatedly

Hello all

I've purchased S23 Ultra and got the Lightroom mobile which I'm subscribed to now. The app worked and then stopped working suddenly - no update, no changes made. I found an older thread on the forums suggesting a full reinstall and phone reboot, this had resolved my issues. A week later, the same thing happened and I once again cannot open Lightroom without getting stuck on the loading screen.

Is there a way to resolve this problem permanently? I don't want to be reinstalling the app every week and I'd rather unsubscribe.

Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Let's try to sort this out.

What specific version of Android OS are you working on? Please try clearing the application's cache.

Have you tried changing the internet connection?

Try these suggestions:

Try changing the wifi network or use a different mobile network via hotspot.
Try changing the store to install Lightroom again. If you used the Samsung Galaxy store to install it before, try the Google Play store.
