Lightroom Mobile suddenly lost all photos, edits, albums and imported presets

Hi,

I’m a Lightroom Premium subscriber.

My Lightroom Mobile library suddenly disappeared without me deleting anything.

  • All photos in Lightroom are gone.
  • All albums are gone.
  • All imported presets are gone.
  • All edits are gone.
  • Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom Web both show 0 photos.
  • My original photos are still in Apple Photos.
  • My iPhone still shows 59.34 GB of Lightroom Documents & Data.
  • I already signed out and signed back in, but nothing changed.

Could someone from Adobe please help check if my local Lightroom catalog can be recovered?

    Hi ​@pommiko,

    Thanks for confirming that you only have one Adobe ID. One thing I’d like you to check is how you’re signing in. Even with the same email address, using a different sign-in method can result in accessing a different account profile.

    Looking at your account history, it appears you’ve previously signed in using:

    • Continue with Apple
    • Continue with Facebook

    Could you please try signing in using each of those methods (instead of entering your email manually) and check whether your Lightroom library reappears?

    Since your iPhone still shows 59.34 GB of Lightroom Documents & Data, it’s possible the local catalog is still present but associated with the account/profile that was originally used to sign in.

    Also, were you recently signed out of Lightroom Mobile automatically, or did this happen after manually signing out the app?

    Sounds like you maybe logged in with a different AdobeID. Do you have more than one?

    I see you have photos in the cloud in the account associated with the email that you use for this forum.  If you are not seeing any content when logging in via Lightroom Web, then it is likely you are using the wrong ID, as ​@JohanElzenga suggests here.
