Lightroom Mobile uploading issue

Question

Anyway I could not get the issue to go away so I decided to delete the Lightroom app from my iPad and start over. I reinstalled the app and was able to see all my photos that were uploaded. I like to store locally all of my folders on my iPad so I can make edits to any photos at anytime on the IPad if I choose to. So I started to go to each album and store select store locally. Everything was goign great and then I see uploading activity happening. How can this be hapening if I hadn;t made any changes to any photos onmy iPad. It has been saying uploading for a few hour now for only 11 photos. Again I made no edits on the iPad and this is a fresh install of the app.

Somehow the start of my message went away.

I recently made some edits to some images in Lightroom on my iPad without being cnnected to the interent. When I got home I opened up Lightroom on my iPad to sync the edits to Lightroom. iPad at some point got stuck with photos uploaiding. Not sure what photos were uploading honestly as all of my edits had been synced. I waited for a few houts and the uplaoding dialog was still there.
