Lightroom Mobile Uploading Pending

This issue occurred recently, have always been uploading pictures through lightroom mobile till a couple of weeks ago realize that it always says Uploading Pending... I have the most recent versions for everything, even went on Lightroom Web and to no avail, any help would be appreciated to resolve this issue thank you!
