Lightroom mobile useable on a desktop?

I've bought at April 2021 lightroom mobile to use it on my Smartphone.

But I noticed that lightroom would much better at my Desktop PC...

Is it possible that I switch my Abonnement from my Smarphone to my PC?

Adobe historically has been good about helping users switch plans without much a fuss.I suggest you contact the customer service and see what the options are.
