Lightroom mobile won’t let me create a preset from a dng file

Hi! I have purchased some presets on etsy and when i try to upload the dng file to lightroom, the option to "create preset" is greyed out and i can't click it. i've uploaded many presets before so im not sure why it isn't working anymore. I am using lightroom mobile.  any ideas on how to fix this?
