Lightroom mobile won't post to the community

Hi everyone!

 

Everytime I try to post to  community, the app says 'an unexpected error has occured. Please try again'. Does anyone know why this is happening or how the fix it?

 

And yes I have cleared cache.

Hey, @demi_4263. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

Does this happen with all images? Are the source images RAW or JPEG? Has this started to happen since a recent update? 

 

Try a different image with similar edits, or export the candidate image as a DNG and import it again separately.

Hi @Sameer K, thank you so much! 

 

The images are JPEG and most, if not all my images I share are 🫠. I've tried to post different edits and different images but the same error pops up.

 

I looked when I posted last and it was just before the update on the 26/02/2025. I will try the DNG method now!
