lightroom mobile wont upload

ive been using LR mobile for awhile now. im using the latest version on my android. it will not import any images. i tried deleting files and uninstalling some apps. still will not work. a couple days ago i noticed it was taking a long time to import images and it just got worse to the point of not importing at all. thank for any input
