Lightroom modules

Getting started with Lightroom, and having some issues. Where are the modules in LR 6.4?

There are no modules in Lightroom 6.4. The current "Lightroom" is a relatively new product which is cloud-centric, i.e. images are stored by default in the cloud. The "old" Lightroom, which you may be familiar with, is now known as Lightroom Classic and which is now at version 12.4. LrClassic does indeed still have the "modules" that you are looking for, so perhaps you should be using Classic instead?
