Lightroom Monile signature not working

Hi,

I have purchased the Lightroom premium signature but I was never able to use the features and I cannot renew my signatire also.

I always have an error saying it's not possible to renew the signature.

I have deleted the app, logoff, logoff on itunes and nothing worked, so can you please check if there's anything wrong with my account?
