Lightroom (not CC) stuck syncing photos.

I went out and took some pictures today, came home and did some editing and checked my phone for them. Not there. Lightroom on my Mac is stuck sycning those 10 photos, they're showing up on my laptop but not my phone. I've tried almost everything. Uninstalling the app, re-downloading Lightroom, even an older version. What do I do...
