Question

Lightroom (not classic) completely stopped syncing

I have been trying to get Lightroom (not the classic version) to Sync since last night. I put memory card into reader, selected photos to upload, all worked fine.

Two photos eventually synced, but the remaining 27 did not. I have search help forums etc.

When I go to adobe.lightroom.com, and all 27 of the no syncing images are in the "sync Issues folder". I deleted them all, emptied the bin and tried again - exactly the same thing happened. I've reinstalled Lightroom and nothing changes. Photos appear in "synch issues" folder, Lightroom says its syncing but it just sits there forever with nothing happening.

I don't think there's much else left to try .... any suggestions???

Hey, @stuartw51981125. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've moved your post to discussions.

Right after you import a few images into Lightroom, the cloud is aware that they're about to sync. Simply put, every image is a sync issue at the beginning for Lightroom Web.

Upload speeds are comparatively slower than the download speeds, so waiting a few extra minutes can help.

As a test, drag and drop a few images into Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4a5tqFM) and check if they sync to Lightroom Desktop.

Awaiting to hear from you. Thanks!
