Lightroom not launching

Please share more details, such as the version of Lightroom, specific device model, Operating System details, screenshots, and video recordings of what you see.

Does Lightroom appear in the Task Manager? After Lightroom crashes, in Windows Search, look for Event Viewer, and go to Windows Logs >Application Logs in the Event Viewer to find any recent Errors or critical errors that point to Lightroom.

You can share that crash log here.
