Lightroom not loading any images on new Samsung S22Ultra

When I open lightroom a black blank screen appears with a syncing circle in the centre. No images load. If I go out of the app and back in I can see all the icons but still no images and the syncing circle going around at the top. 

When I select the 3 lines at the top and navigate to photo import options - it immediately encounters an error and says your app has a bug and please wait for the developer to find a fix for this issue. 

I have Uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times , cleared the cache, checked permissions- the last install was directly from a link sent for Adobe creative cloud. 

It this error is dramatically interrupting my workflow and would really appreciate a solution. It's been like this for 3 weeks now.
