Lightroom not loading (windows)

Bonjour à tous,

 

Impossible d'ouvrir Lightroom, ça charge sans cesse.

J'ai bien essayé de désinstaller et réinstaller le logitiel mais idem, il ne s'ouvre pas.

Avez vous la solution?

Hi there,

 

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Could you please sign out of the app and sign back in to see if that helps? 

Did you try changing the network connection? Since when are you seeing this issue? Can you please share a screenshot with us so we can see what you're seeing?
