Lightroom Not Responding
I am currently running Lightroom (subscription) on an iMac with macOS Sequoia 15.2; Lr and OS are up to date. Lr fails to respond when trying to open and I get the hypnotic spinning color wheel. Eventually I have to force quit. Restarting the computer, even disconnecting it from power before restarting helps inconsistently.
The same issue occurs with Creative Cloud and I have to go to the uninstall-repair and repair the app before it will open. Once the Creative Cloud app is repaired it will open and Lr can be opened from the shortcut in Creative Cloud.
Any clues as to what the issue is with Lr not playing nicely with the macOS? I'm reluctant to uninstall & reinstall both Creative Cloud and Lr as I understood Lr can be opened without opening the Creative Cloud desktop app as long as I've logged into my account once every 30 days.
Help?
