Lightroom not syncing across multiple devices

So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but no matter how many times I clear the cache for my computer and my mobile devices the edits I make on my computer are not showing up on my phone. 

The edits will be in the actual edit tabs as if they were done but the picture just shows the original.

Please help.
