Lightroom Offline with VPN Qustodio app

Hi all

I have Qustodio app (for safe internet use) installed on the family homecomputer. It works with a dedicated VPN server. 

However, since installation I can't connect to Lightroom with Qustodio switched on: Lightroom CC says it is offline. I can see the photo library when I use the web version though.    

Any help how I can get around this? Qustodio does not mention Adobe products on their support page.
