Lightroom on iPad

I have a subscription for the Lightroom app on my iPad. I would like to have it on my macbook as well. Do I need a separate/additional subscription?

It depends upon which subscription you originally purchased.

Did you purchase the mobile-only subscription  from the Apple App Store or did you get the Lightroom CC Photographer's program from Adobe or it's partners?

I think I have the mobile only subscription.....

If you have the mobile-only subscription you would need to subscribe to the desktop version via the Photography Program.
