Lightroom on MacBook: getting renew app error

I use Adobe Lightroom on a Macbook. The software asked me to renew, but when I did it, the error occurred. Please Support!

Sorry that you're getting some error while renewing Lightroom app on your MacBook

 

Which version of Lightroom are you using and what is the type of your subscription? Have you bought it from the Mac App Store or have a Creative Cloud subscription?

 

Also, what exactly is the error message you're getting while renewing? Would you mind elaborating it along with a screenshot of the error you're getting?
