Lightroom on MacBook is prompting you to start a trial even though I have a valid subscription

¡Hola!
Tengo una suscripción en LR para Iphone, que vence el 30 del 09. Cuando intento entrar, con esta misma cuenta, a la versión de MacBook no lo logro, me pide que inicie la prueba gratuita porque la compra no se pudo verificar. ¿Qué debo hacer para utilizar mi cuenta en la computadora también?

Sorry that Lightroom on your MacBook is prompting you to start a trial even though you have a valid subscription til Sept 30th.

Are you logged in to the Creative Cloud desktop app on your computer and launching the Lightroom app from there?
