Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble with Lightroom. I'd love to help you figure this out.

Could you please share the version of Lightroom from the Creative Cloud app & the version of the operating system you are working on? Have you tried any other Adobe app? Do they work normally?

Have you tried changing the internet connection, using a mobile hotspot or alternate network?

 

Please try the steps below to resolve underlying activation issues.

  1. Test your connection to Adobe activation servers.
  2. Reset your hosts file.
  3. Make sure that you can access secure sites.
  4. Check the GlobalSign Root CA certificate.

 

Also, please follow the steps in this article to ensure Lightroom has the required permissions to access the macOS.

Hi. I tried all of those solutions on few devices. They do not work. Everytime I need to use LR it cannot reach servers. It can do it however when it is too late and I have no time. So technically your services became completely useless. Yet you charged me last month as if nothing happens. I can now write this message but for last two hrs LR, creative cloud, LRC and sign in were not available again. No any decent communication with your customers is available. Checked system status - all OK. That is Russian propaganda. It is just a robbery!!!! Want my money back for last month!!!
