Hey, @Tutu dou. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Android & Lightroom are you working on? Do you work with RAW or JPEG images?

Try keeping the device in Flight Mode & without internet when you launch Lightroom.

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3xdotLH) & check for all the images that have synced & uploaded to the cloud. Once you're sure everything is backed up to the cloud, try reinstalling Lightroom & let me know how it goes.

Thanks!

Right Sameer, I did send you a PM the other day but let's try again on this post as no one from Adobe has come up with an answer or fix, or any communication for that matter! I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 ultra 5g for my L/R editing. The app is slow and 'clunky', sticks when scrolling to next image, constantly comes up with 'not responding, wait or close app' message. It's driving me crazy, makes the whole process long, labour intensive and no fun! I've tried all the 'on offer' fixes, uninstall, reinstall, try app from Samsung store and playstore - same result. Tried all this in flight mode, no wi fi, turning off/on, clearing cache etc etc etc, nothing works! I have bags of storage on the tablet and all are up to date on firmware and versions! Can someone pleeeeeeease help? Thanks, Al.
