Lightroom on the web on Windows

Recently I've noticed I cannot open Lightroom on the web (Lightroom.adoabe.com) from my Windows pc's. It basically just hangs. When I manage to open the sign in page and sign in it still hangs.

It works fine on the TV (Linux) and on my IOS devices.

Any suggestions welcomed.
