Lightroom on Windows 10 Pro

Hello, i just instalet Lightroom  on Windows 10 Pro 64, there was no issue with instalation, i`m able to open Lightroom, but when i try to open a picture to edit it closed automatcly with no error mentioned.

I reinstaled many times but same issue also i resterted my Laptop.

I tried to contact customer care, but they pass me from one to another with no result.

Somebody knows what`s going on or what should i do?

Have you added photos to Lightroom from a folder on your computer?

Are they correctly sync’d and backed up – click the cloud icon (top-right) to check.

Are you choosing a thumbnail and then clicking the edit button (just below the cloud icon) to open the slider controls?

    Which Lightroom Version NUMBER?

    Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

    Lightroom 3.2, last version of Lightroom.
