Lightroom . Paying monthly fee but it asks for payment

I have been paying a monthly fee for Lightroom for several months. Up to this point in time I have had no issues. In the last week, every time I open the app on my laprop, it tells me it is a free trial version and I have a few days before I have to pay. I am also unable to access my cloud files. Please help!
