Lightroom photo sorting and edits issue

Hi, we have a problem, that is getting on our nerve and dont really find the anwser to it online. If anyone has a teory or knows why this is happening it would be apricated. So, we have been using only Lightroom cloud based till about a year ago. Than as we got more serious about photograpy we started using Lightroom classic also.

So what started happening to us is, for example, we sorted our photos in album in LR CC which are synched with LR classic catralogue on main PC. Overnight the photos were in order before sorting. 

Another thing that happened in when editing, masking, color correction in LR CC the edits are also gone overnight. It is true that there are almost always atleast one LR CC and one LR classic opened at the same time. Sometimes also 2 LR CC at the same time, if thic could have something with the issue?

Also a little about our workflow if this helps out:

So our usual workflow now is like this. After a photoshoot we upload the photos in LR classic "From Lightroom" (that is synched with cloud) cataloge. In this cattaloge we create a collection of the photoshoot.Smart previews of those photos are than uploaded to the cloud, so we can do the rating, sorting, basic editing on the go (because we do a lot of work on the go). This photos are put in all photos, so we make an album in LR CC for the same photos, so this than makes us have 2 collection in LR classic, which is stupid, but we did not find a bettrer way for now. After rating the photos we usualy make another album in LR CC named like " photoshoot 5*" for photos that will be exported. We than sort the photos in this album, because its easier than in album with all photos. So  LR classic is on our PC which is almost always on.

Then LR CC is on a laptop, Iphone, android phone, and sometimes on main computer also. We do not use web app.
