lightroom- Photos not showing up but says they are there but classic/mobile work fine

Hello, im having an issue with using lightroom lately where i open lightroom and all my photos will not show, but if i open lightroom classic/mobile all my photos are available. It happened twice before and a simple restart fixed the issue but that hgasnt helped for 3 days now. I read a few places about moving the <catalogname> previews.lrdata but i cant seem to find this, even if i search for it. Is it a syncing issue? im just throwing ideas out there but top corner did have a sync error but on mobile but all photos started on my PC so i dont see how that would be an issue. i posted a screenshot of my interface so any help would be great. I am able to use classic just fine but i want to get this worked out just to have the option.
