  1. Hello Support Team, 

I want to inform you that my Lightroom mobile app doesn't work with premium featues, while I log in with my subscribed account. Could you please assist ASAP!?

    I work on the Lightroom iOS product team, and not Adobe Support, so my abilities are limited.  

     

    To resolve this, please contact Adobe Support directly.  They have the best tools and insights into your account to troubleshoot this quickly.  Please contact Adobe Support at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

    Hello @amr_8349 

    Your email address has two sign in profiles for Adobe: one is personal, which has no subscription.  The other profile is business/enterprise.  Your email ID entitles you to certain Adobe apps when you choose your business profile during sign in.  Please try signing out, and signing back in, and choose you business profile.

     

    If you need more help, please contact your organization's Adobe plan administrator, who has access to Adobe Enterprise level support to help you.  This forum is for user-to-user support.

    Hello dear 

    There is no option to choose business account when I sign in only choosing how to sign using g mail or other way no business account option
