Lightroom premium features not working

just paid my subscription and still it won’t work. I tried to log in several timed and still unable to use lightroom premium

    I have the annual lightroom subscription and monthly payment. I have 3 receipts from December 2025 but still the premium functionality isn't available. I tried logging in/out and restore purchase but still cant'use the premium features. And on my account it still a free trial even though im paying for the service.

    There is something wrong with your account.  I am a Lightroom product expert, but not actually a member of Adobe Support.  Please contact Adobe Support directly.  My hope is that they can help you overcome what seems to be an account stuck in a Trial state.

    I just have been charged on my subscription and still i have the plan on free trial and can not use my lightroom

    I use lightroom cloud and I have an annual subscription with monthly payment and have the same account. The payment was already charge but still it results expired. I already tried to log in several times and restore purchase, still can’t use my lightroom

    Hey, ​@Edoardo_Barotac2444. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed into the community with, and you currently have an active subscription. 

    What device and the operating system of the device are you working on? Are you working on Lightroom mobile or desktop? 

    As a quick test, sign in to Lightroom Web (lightroom.adobe.com) using the same email account as Community, and check how it goes. 

    If you’re using Lightroom Mobile, instead of using Social sign-in options (Google, Apple, etc.), try using the Adobe email button and sign in using the same email account as Community.
