Lightroom premium purchase not recognized on my iPad

I purchased the Lightroom premium on my mobile and tried to access it on my iPad but reboot, restore purchase and signing into my Apple and Google ID have not worked to recognize the purchase.

    It looks like that you have more then one Adobe-id in use. I'm sending you some instruction via a private message . Hope this helps - Guido/ Lr QE

    you need to sign in to your ipad's cc app using your adobe id.
