Lightroom Premium subscription

I've had Lightroom Premium for about 2 years, just yesterday I used it without any problems, today October 13th the app says that my subscription is canceled. I contacted adobe who said the problem was Google's. I contacted Google and they said that everything is correct on their part and the problem is with adobe. No one solves the problem and I paid for the service.

Hello were you able to resolve this? The same thing is happening to me. It's ridiculous. It's been days since I was last able to access it but I paid for it and it is currently active in my end.

So far no one has given me an answer or solve the problem, it's a shame to pay for a service and not enjoy it.
