Lightroom Premium subscription not working

I am currently paying the $4.99 subscription for premium. I got a new phone and logged in with my normal credentials and it's not registering I have a subscription. When I got to start a new one it says that I already have a subscription with the email I have always used yet still doesn't let me use premium features. Please help!

You have more than one account.  Did you figure out how to sign in with the email address that is subscribed?  I will send you a private message in a moment to help you sign into your currently subscribed account.

 I click "OK" and it just endlessly loads and nothing happens. deleted the app and redownloaded, no update on the app, turned on & off phone.
