Lightroom Presets

Hi Guys

 

I am having an issue with my presets, the plus + sign is black and I can import my presets.  Aslo the standard presets that come with Lightroom are no in the dropdown either ? Please can someone give me advise ?

Click on the small triangle on the left of the word 'Presets'.
