Lightroom presets all gone but didn't update

Hi guys,

All my presets and profiles are gone from Lightroom, but I didn't updagte my lightroom. When I try to re-add them it says "Preset already in Lightroom." Has this happened to anybody? Does anyone know how to help?

I have the box clicked that says show partially developed presets!

Please help 🙂 I need to be editing!!

Start by telling us which version of Lightroom you use. Lightroom? Lightroom Classic? What version number? Windows? Mac? What version number?
