Lightroom Presets Gone

I have the same problem as all of you and am really beyond frustrated and sad. Have so much to work, both for me and other people and now I can't since all my photos and custom presets are all gone! Really hope this serious problem will be resolved in our benefit...

Stand by. Don't uninstall the app. Adobe is looking for a fix.

I thought I was the only one with this issue. 

same problem here in Taiwan!!!! All presets are gone after the update. Adobe please help to solve this!!!!

Same! I thought i'm the only one who have this problem, all of my photos and presets are gone😭

Same problem here- all is gone and disappeared. I'm so sad and frustrated... no answers!!! 

There is one preset I'm particular use every day and it's now gone.
