Lightroom Presets missing after phone upgrade (with subscription)

I have a lightroom account with many presets I've purchased from lou & marks, and also have premium. But I got a new phone, and I have tried 3 different emails, and I cannot get into the lightroom account which all my presets and premium is in. But I see I am still subscribed to premium. Neither of the 3 emails I've tried have my presets or my premium.
