Lightroom presets mobile deleted.

Goodmorning,

On my Ipad and laptop all my presets are available, but.. On my smartphone I can not seem to get the presets back. I was using them but I made a back up and I think I deleted the settings by accident... Does anybody know how I can get them back om my smartphone without manually adding them?

    Out of interest, have you tried locating Manage Presets (when you are in Presets, three dots top

    right) and ensure you have all your Presets Groups showing. Also make sure Hide Partially Compatible Presets is not ticked.

    If you do indeed see your custom/user presets in both LR Desktop and iOS apps, or in the web app at https://lightroom.adobe.com/ , then your mobile phone should see the same.

     

    If Lightroom on your phone is otherwise correctly syncing, and can sync new images or edits to the other clients but still doesn't see your user presets, then I wonder if reinstalling the app might help.

    Thank you so much!

    I did reinstall the app, on all the devices, a couple of times but still nothing on my Phone changes..
