Lightroom presets not available on web version

Hi there 😊

 

I am no longer able to access any presets via web (no recommend, premium or my own presets). It's working on my phone, but suddenly presets are no longer available via web Lightroom.

 

I have created a free trail on a different account to see if I'd working and it does. So I figured out it's something to do with my account.

I am having this issue after I have imported couple of presets from someone else.

Can you please advise me how can I solve the issue to get access to to presets?

If your account is institutional, your Admin may have disabled this functionality. Are you using a Corporate or EDU account?

Could you double-check that you're signed in to Lightroom Web with the same account you use on Lightroom Mobile? Just to clarify—are your photos showing up on the web, it's just the presets that are missing?

If you can, please share a full-screen screenshot of what Lightroom Web looks like on your end—that’ll help us get a better idea of what’s going on.
