Lightroom Presets & photos gone

I opened Lightroom today on my phone and it kicked me out and made me login again. When I log in - all my photos and presets are gone. I even reset my phone from the latest backup like some forums mentioned but when it relaunched it asked me to log in again & nothing was there.

I've looked at the email address you are using on this forum and find you are subscribed on a corporate account with a linked personal account. Corporate accounts, when you log in, should show you an option to log in as personal or as the corporate (both use the same Adobe ID). I suspect you've logged into Personal vs Corporate.

Did you see the the 'choose Personal/Enterprise" log in choice screen?

I logged in and clicked personal and then it showed me I never created one which is true I only used corporate. And I looked in the way I normally do and everything is gone pictures and presets what can I do ?
