Lightroom Presets - reset adobe default preset

Hi,

I've been working to transition from an older Lightroom version (5) to the Creative Cloud version on a Mac.  I was working today to understand, then create a new preset.  Along the way, I right clicked on the Adobe default preset and it presented "Export, Manage, and Reset Hidden Presets".  Unfortunately I hit the Reset Hidden Presets and have no idea of what I may have just lost in doing so or how to undo this action. 

I've searched around a bit and have not located any material on either what this may have done to the default performance, Auto Settings in particular, or how to restore these hidden settings.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
