Lightroom Presets to Mobile App

Okay, I feel like a dumb dumb here.  I have lightroom on my desktop, and on my mobile phone.  I read that if you load all your lightroom presets they'll eventually load on Mobile.  They have not and it's been about a month since I've had it installed.

I don't get it...is there something I need to do or something I"m missing?
