Lightroom problem

Hi, I have this problem, after installing it I start Lightroom and I get this message: "Lightroom initialization failed due to an internal error". I don't know what to do about it, I've tried different ways but nothing changes, right after starting Lightroom this message appears and that's it, I click OK and the program closes. What's going on? I use Adobe CC on my iMac and I have no problems with other applications, and here's such a surprise. Can someone help? ☹ Darek

Hey, @dariuszs83807725. Thanks for confirming this worked.

I'll help you out with the second question. A simple and basic requirement for Lightroom desktop to sync with Lightroom mobile & the other way around is to be signed in with the same email account on both surfaces.

If you're not signed in with the same account, you must first sign in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4fPile2) on the desktop to ensure that both of your accounts have finished syncing.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi Sameer,

thank you for responding to my Lightroom problem. You were right, the problem was with the internet security program, specifically some filter that was blocking something with Lightroom initiation. I turned off this protection and the problem disappeared immediately. Thank you very much for your help. But I will ask about something else. I use Lightroom Premium on the iPad and I have Lightroom on the iMac, which now works as it should. But there is a problem that these two devices do not synchronize with each other, i.e. they do not see the same things, albums, photos, etc. There is no such problem between the iPhone and the iMac. What is it about? I noticed that the Lightroom cloud on the iPad is different than the one for Lightroom on the iMac. Are these two different clouds and that is why they do not synchronize? I would be grateful for some explanation of this problem. Przepraszam za mój angielski 😉
Best regards, Darek 😎
