Lightroom produces Web Photo Galleries that are not 508 compliant

After creating a Lightroom Web Photo Gallery, a 508 compliance scan returned the following errors:

All ONCLICK handlers should have an equivalent ONKEYPRESS handler

All ONMOUSEOUT handlers should have an equivalent ONBLUR handler

All ONMOUSEOVER handlers should have an equivalent ONFOCUS handler

Document title must not be blank (this one is probably user error)

Each A element must contain text or an IMG with an ALT attribute
