Lightroom profiles not working

Question

Hi, i'm trying to import profiles and use them at lightroom mobil app. I can importe them on my mobil (android) with a message that say that the import was sussefully, but I'cant see the profile in the profile browser. On the web app I can add the profile and use it, but when i open the image in the mobil app it says that the profile isn't available on the device..? Have tried to reinstall the app as well. Any suggestions to fix this error?

Having the same issue. Looking through the threads here, this continues to be a problem. But maybe if another few thousand people get adobe subscriptions, and we're very lucky and very patient, in 3 or 4 years Adobe will post about how this is still an issue with a patch upcoming. In the meantime, you can try converting your XMP to LTR files, but do set aside some time b/c you'll have to do it one at a time. GLHF
